I saw something in the shop or advertised on instagram that is not listed on the website, can I still purchase it?

Our website features a current selection of products from our shop. You can purchase items that are not listed on our website by contacting us.

Am I able to return an item?

If you are unhappy with a purchase you can return regular purchase item(s) in the shop or via mail for store credit.

*Shipping costs are non-refundable. *All sale items are final sale. *Returns must be in original packaging and in unused condition. *Any item that is not in original condition will not be accepted as a return.

When will my order be shipped?

Your item will usually ship within 1-3 days.

Is everything on the website in stock?

We try our best to keep the website up to date with inventory. In the event an item has been sold out in store and not yet updated online, we will contact you via email or phone right away.

Are gift certificates available?

At this time, gift certificates are available in store only. If you would like to purchase a gift certificate please call or email us!

Do you gift wrap items?

Yes, we offer complementary gift wrapping.
